The elder Jedi Master of The Jedi Order stood alone in the Council Room that towered above the rest of the Academy complex in Theed, where the Jedi were based.

At one time elder Jedi Masters were great Jedi such as Yoda, Ki Adi Mundi, and Mace Windu.

And then the Jedi had been systematically purged from the galaxy.

The elder Jedi stood a feet feet in front of one of the huge panels of transparisteel that offered a stunning view of the entire city of Theed. She gazed out over the city, deep in contemplation.

But some of the Jedi had managed to hide in remote corners of the galaxy; Tatooine, Dagobah. They escaped detection from the Sith. They survived the purging and began the waiting. Waiting for the right time to rise again and fight to bring peace to the galaxy.

They waited a long time.

The elder Jedi Master Leia Organa Solo looked up at the sky. A few groups of dark clouds persisted in blocking the sunlight today, it was going to rain later, perhaps. The dismal atmosphere outside only enhanced the icy cold feeling that hung in her gut.

But then Leia Organa had made a nearly fatal mistake. She got captured by the Sith, the legacy of her heritage yet unknown. Ultimately her mistake brought about a new light to the galaxy. She found Ben Kenobi.

Ben Kenobi found Luke Skywalker, Luke Skywalker found Yoda, then Luke Skywalker found Leia Organa.

And the Jedi had risen once again to bring new light to the galaxy.

Now here, they continued to grow, and spread.

Leia's brow furrowed, a cold chill passed down her back and she surpressed a shudder.

Could it happen again?

As the old saying went, history often had a habit of repeating itself...

*Han set foot on the ground out of the Darkscar behind Lord Snack, his two sabers, one red, given to him by "Lord Zeta, and his Auburn Jedi saber, clung to his belt. He wore dark black cloak which covered his face, and masked his features from anyone. He stood behind Snack, awaiting the others, but staying silent*

"Those friggin Gungans...

I'll be right next to you the whole time Master. I shall be your right arm."

Lupercus inclined his head as he stepped out of the shuttle. The light on his face was harsh, but it served a purpose, to wake him to the realities of the fact that on this planet, while serving the Order he loved and slaughtering gungans, that he might die...

He broke from the somber reverie with a crack of his neck, and came to a rest behind and off to the side of Darth Snack. Up the road he could see a small group of children playing together, chasing each other and further down the road in the distance a small village. He smiled to himself as he said to noone inparticular.

"Now thats not much sport. Heres hoping that they don't tire themselves out too much, i'm in for a good chase!"

He paused, noting the effects of his words on the others. Before again asking noone in particular.

"So, shall we go then?"

*Han never showed his face. Only Lord Zeta, and Lord Snack knew hew as now a sith, and he planend to keep it that way. Keeping his force presence masked to all around him, even his allies, He turned to Lord Snack to see what Snack would reply to Lupercus, but said nothing, and kept the cloak over his face.*

Chikami heard his disciples words, but they didn't mean much at the time. Chikami was already preparing for the mission mentally and physically. Nodding to Lupercus Chikami steps off the shuttle and into the small clearing in the forest. The world was quiet for this brief moment, but it would not stay that way for long.

Soon the cries of the innocent shall ring out. Mercy! Save Me! Those cries shall be met with harsh denial, and help that comes too little too late. The guardians of the galaxy shall fail on their own turf. Today would be a day of reckoning for the Sith. A day that the jedi will not soon forget.

Chikami stood quiet at the rear of the group forming outside the shuttle. He was lost in thought too many things were distracting him. His own fight with Malice, finding a way to work around his lost arm, and many other thoughts kept flooding his mind. Chikami took a moment to clear his thoughts pushing everything deep down again. They were not to be dealt with at this time. With mind cleared Chikami was ready to crush his foes.

Exhaling slowly Chikami says "I'm ready."

Perrin exited the craft bumping into Han as he walked by.

Who is this stranger?, Perrin wondered at the fully robed individual.

All around he could feel voids in the force and while he could not discern what was behind these voids....more than likely, he presumed it to be some force user attempting to hide their presence..

Cowards..

Perrin's clothes were tan yet immaculate, designed for the cool weather of Naboo.

"Lord Snack. What if there are Jedi that wish to turn to the darkside?"

A smile crept onto his lips that belied the malice behind his eyes.

"Shall I let them live?"

His eyes were already looking in the direction of Theed.

To destroy the academy.. the destroy the padawans would end the Jedi line before it begins again.

His hand tightened on his saber.

It was time..

"No."

Snack's eyes shot in the direction of Perrin, who had just exited the craft. The last to exit.

"Our goal is not to engage in any fights with the Jedi. Our goal is only to draw the attention of the Jedi, and keep them busy in a game of cat and mouse, while we systematically lay waste to this godforsaken planet. If you do happen to run into a Jedi and a fight in inevitable, then kill them or be killed."

He looked at each Sith there, from Perrin, to Lupercus, to Chikami, and then to Han. Chikami was lacking an arm, but he was strong. He would survive. Perrin and Lupercus, though he did not know them as well as Chikami or Han, he could feel their growing and untapped power. They would fair well in their missions. And Han.... the newly appointed Sith Knight of the Order, and a traitor Jedi Master... this would test his will to be a Sith.

"Chikami..." Snack said, looking over to the Sith Knight. "I feel you and your Hapan Disciple wish to front an all out attack on Otah Gunga? The gungans will be no match for you two. Slaughter them all, and destroy their underwater city. When done, resurface and attack what towns you come across. The three of us will front an attack on Theed itself.

"May the Darkside guide you."

Nodding his head, Snack dismissed Lup and Chikami. The two jogged off into the forest, ready for their own mission.

Looking at the two left over, Snack again spoke.

"Remember, Theed is home of the Jedi Council. Our best bet to accomplish our objective is to move on our own, hitting different parts of the city at different times. Keep the Jedi on their toes, with us one step in front pulling on their strings. Now go, I will follow in a few moments."

Lupercus grinned insanely as he and Chikami broke into an eager run through the forest towards the gungan city. It would be easy to find, its location was well documented after the Trade Federation/Naboo war during the Old Republic, so finding it would not be a problem.

As they ran, Lupercus reached under his cape and fiddled with a hidden backpack.

"I have my sabres and some blasters, as well as a number of compact Disruptor Rifles. And i also brought some other toys in anticipation.

One is a whole load of heavy duty charges, a canister of Industrial grade nanopaste to cause some havoc as we get in there, and finally something extra special."

From his backpack he pulled a largebomblike device. Its core was made up of a timer ontop of a clear hard casing. Inside was a liquid. Coming out of the sides of the bomb were exhaust ports trailing out in a clockwise direction.

"I have 2 of these, one for the top of the city, one for the bottom. The solvent inside is designed to counteract the organic type sheilding that keeps Otah Gunga seperated from the water. We set one up above, and one below the city, with about 5 minutes on the timers. Then we get inside and wait. When the bombs go off, the city will be totally covered in the solvent, which will 'freeze' the shielding. They will try to flee, but find their entranceways are solid and blocking them in.

Then the slaughter can begin!"

Ky-Vin Zurik felt a twinge. It was both physical and mental, something inside him seemed to shudder as if in alarm. The Force was trying to tell him something, and it didn't feel at all like good news.

Ky-Vin made his way from the Academy library where he had been studying. He needed to speak about this with one of the more experienced Jedi. Ky-Vin would have been a Knight already, if his own Master had not been killed years ago. His new Master, Master Azalin, was away, so he could not turn to her.

He found Master Leia upstairs. She was alone, gazing outwards over the horizon.

As he approached, Ky-Vin felt another shudder of dread move through him.
He addressed her as he entered the room: "Master, did you...I mean, I feel like something is wrong.."

*Han nodded to Snack, and sent him a Force message.*
My uncovered presence woudl destract the jedi, shall i bring them to their toes, and unveil myself to distract them, while our mission is accomplished, Lord Snack?
