Pan's Labyrinth was interesting... I did not know it would be in subtitles so seeing a goat thing talking spanish was weird. It is not for kids, tho. I must confess, I did like it tho. My gf and I argued if everything was "real" or just in the kid's imagination afterwards.

Yeah I did hear it was a lot like that where it finishes and you discuss it for a bit afterword but if you dont like subtitles etc dont watch it, I know the story and its hard enough to follow, near impossible if you hate subtitles.

I'm excited about it's release too. Spectacular movie.

The Number 23 looks like it will be interesting. I will probably go to see it.

Die Hard 4 - Live Free or Die Hard

Excellent action movie! Recommend it. It's definitely going on my list of movies to have in our collection since I like to watch old favorites alot. John McClane is the best Anit Hero Hollywood has EVER produced.

Cloverfield. Surprisingly, not terrible. Totally fucked up, but amusing nonetheless.

I agree. It was a novel idea and I became engrossed despite the choppy footage. Reminded me a little of Charlie Mopic, especially with the camera guy...

And for the Star Trek lover in me, the teaser for Star Trek was a welcome surprise.

I'm gonna have to check Cloverfield out, Zark was saying how good it was the other day and all I've heard about it are good things.
