Slavatio's own blade swept down to meet the other's sewing it's own cloth into the air, though his a green hue. A powerful clash and a bright burst of light were sent throughout the room as the sabers met. Slavatio's second blade was, at the same instant, slicing towards the neck of the Sith Overlord. He would waste no time with attempting to turn the Sith or testing him in any way. This would end in death, or pain, for one or the other.

He would attempt to insure it was not him.

While this was taking place, Slavatio's mind reached out to the Force, willing it to send the other Sith hurling towards the wall behind him with bone-crushing force. The Force obeyed and flung it's power towards the other, sending him back to the dura-steel wall behind him.

Xireon flew backwards, feet rising from the ground as he began to hurtle through the air. With speed of thought that even many Sith Lords could not match, he, too, reached out in the Force, drawing on the energy of his momentum to grapple Slavatio, dragging him in his flight.

The two both struck the durasteel wall with immense force, the normally-impenitrable metal buckling under the torrent. Rock and plaster from the ceiling above crumbled and fell to the ground around them as they did the same; both rolled, and came up in a crouch. On the wall beside them, two indents roughly resembling humans could be seen.

"That's a good trick," Xireon said, lancing out with his lightsaber once again as the Jedi got to his feet.

The Jedi's blade struck the offending weapon swiftly, parrying it away and to the side. His second blade moved on a path, just behind the first, but lanced out towards the midsection of the Sith Overlord before him.

Somehow the Sith Overlord managed to spin his form fast enough to parry the second blow with the same blade which, a moment before, had been parried by the Jedi Master. The blades met, and a burst of energy was released as the two mighty weapons struggled against one another.

The Jedi Shadow backed off a step, only to retake it forward again and release an assault of blows upon the Sith Overlord. Somehow, the Wraith of the Blade managed to move fast enough to parry each attack and soon took the upper hand. Lashing back, the Sith's weapon bore down upon the Jedi Shadow Master, causing him to faulter a few steps backwards.

Once more, however, Slavatio regained his ground and the furious assault of weapons was on an even footing once more. Each man's blades moved faster than the speed of normal human sight, only with their extreme mastery of their own crafts and powers could the other keep up.

Soon this battle seemed to reach a stalemate. One man gaining the upper hand, then the other, only to return to exactly how they were. Flipping some distance backwards, Slavatio admired the room a moment as he looked upon his enemy.

Rubble layed all around as the blows of the men's weapons tore against the room and it's furnishings. It seemed as if the structure itself was about to collapse, however neither man seemed worried.

"It does not seem as if our knowledge of the blade will get us anywhere, Overlord."

Xireon, if he had continued to make a habit of breathing, would likely have been panting. Nonetheless, the Sith owed his Jedi opponent a begrudging sort of respect; Slavatio was as masterful a swordsman as he. "Perhaps not, Jedi," he acknowledged, disengaging his lightsaber.

The Wraith of the Blade's uniform white eyes began to glow with energy, as he reached deep within the Dark Side of the Force. He felt a want, an emptiness inside that waited for something; for the rage that fueled all Sith. It came, as a single thought danced through Xireon's head: this was a man who knew his father, the same Jedi scum that had created him and then broken him on Ruusan, forcing him to assume his cursed, wretched shape.

Xireon gritted his teeth, his arm igniting as if set on fire. Bright golden fire danced around the Sith's clawed hand, as he reached forward, towards Slavatio.

The fire errupted from his palm like a second arm, cascading brilliantly towards the Jedi. It was at once as menacing as lightning and beautiful as the sky, though Xireon seemed to slide slightly backwards on his feet, the sheer force of the flame inching him slightly back. Milliseconds ticked by in Xireon's hyper-aware state; closer and closer the pillar of fire came...

A shadowy figure walks towards Jedi Master Odon Baas. He walks out of the shadows and lowers his hood. He reveals himself to be Hanix. He walks up right next to him and begins to speak.

Hanix: Master Odon, what is our first move?

Hanix stays at Odon's side, awaiting an answer.

Max received the message comm from Kressh and replied back.

"Do you not know the difference between a message to the deciples and knights, and a message to the ones that already know of the attack?"

Max turned fand exited the chamber. He walked to the cloning facilities and approached the droids.

"I would like you to bring me the 3 clones of Janus, and the clone of Hethrir."

After a while the clones entered the room and approached the Max. He glared at them.

"You are now under my orders, follow me."

He walked back to the hangar and pulled out his commlink and sent a message to General Grulong.

**I want you to gather a million massassi warriors and position them around the city to stop the jedi from entering the city. I am sending 2 clones of Janus with you as the commanders.**

Grulong:**Yes sir, I'm on it**

Max turned and glared back at 2 clones of Janus.

"I want you to meet with Grulong, you will be the commanders of the warriors."

He looked to the other 2 clones.

"You two will follow me."

He turned and made his way back to the hangar.

Kamon started to sprint. He ran down the alleys, running right by Massassi. He stepped up to Baas just as Hanix did. Kamon looked at Hanix.

Not good timing, Hanix. You should go. Do whatever it is you are here for.

Kamon looked at the Sith standing before him. Kamon lowered his own hood and stared at the Sith. He didn't flinch.

"Remind me of someone, you do. Someone I hate very much,t o be exact."

His hands rested on his lightsabers and he glowered at the Sith. Kamon's white blade was new. A strong blade. Given to him by Gash Jiren. He had trained hard with it, and now he may be able to show it.

The dream was formless. It transcended words, images, even time and space.

The talon and the demon. Two images out of prophecy, foretold thousands of years before by Dark Prophets who had senses their immense power even rippling across the endless ripples of time.

They danced before one another, the demon spawning from the talon... the talon turned away from the demon, yet the demon spiraled downwards and somehow forever upwards...

The talon found wholeness, while the demon sought it forevermore.

Ambition.

That was the demon's identity, its one defining factor...

Nothing but ambition.

It fell from the plane of reality, bloodied and bruised. This always happened in the dream; it floated away, listless... but this time, was different. It changed... it sunk deeper and flew higher than should have been possible...

It gained the world, and lost itself.

* * * * *

Gash Jiren awoke with a start in the middle of the night, a cold sweat covering him. And through the darkness of an Ossus midnight, he whispered, "My son lives again."

And yet at the same time, he'd died a long, long time ago. IT was a contradiction in terms, a paradox. But as the dream faded and reality drew the Jedi Master once more into its clutches, one thing became clear in the crisp cold of night; Xireon had returned to his former strength.

The pillar of fire raged towards the Jedi Shadow. Before the thought could even finish, the Jedi Shadow's protective barrier of Force power flared into existance. The flames reflected from the barrier and set for the burning and destroying all around him. The blast itself moved Slavatio, and the barrier, back.. ever so slightly.

Slavatio's own hands raised swiftly, lancing bolts of lightning streaming forth from his fingertips. The lightning was a combination of powers. Somehow forged from the balance between light and dark which remained, even now, within the Jedi Shadow Master.

Instantly they struck out at their target.. as the Jedi Shadow watched on.. .

Pure concentration rippled through Xireon's focused mind. The lightning bit hungrily through the air before him, striking out towards him. As it approached to strike him, the vicious snake head of the lightning broke away upon an invisible shield that sprang to life instantly.

Xireon allowed his pillar of fire to fall away, continuing to catch the lightning in his shield, with both hands. Gritting his teeth, he shouted with rage, and with a mighty push both in the Force and the physical world, the Sith hurled the lightning back at its originator.

Instead of striking Slavatio, the lightning blasted across the floor in front of him, jaggedly leaping up to the ceiling. Both locations errupted in flame and debris, part of the ceiling gaving way and chunks of stone fell into the flames below.
