Group Merger Request

Please show me where Farfelen's members were active. I know BDE's were(since they provided links to their RPs), but I never saw any of Farfelen's members showing links. And I never saw staff asking them for links either(not that that is important)

As far as trying to make peace, as I understand it Griff already asked you guys and was then given a no as an answer.

As far as populations goes:
Can't give you much help there, but Tammar's population will probably support it, because if you combine the pro Galactic Coalition and pro ORS people, you get 86% of the population.

Milkshake has been involved in this thread as suggested to him by GC High Command(me). I don't know if it's done or if he was just waiting for Lup to get back to it.

Dolash and myself both discussed the merge with Griff, and I discussed it other times with Marth. Both Dolash and I understand that we will be placed underneath both Griff and Marth and respect it.

The thread "the gungan jedi" is not down, i am waiting for lup to post. I have posted very recently at TGC. I am currently working on a planetary takeover.

Milkshake is active and I also do not recal Farfalen having shown active members.

Farfalen was more of a surrender than a merger.

Still, they posted a "merger" request. That constitutes a merger and thus they should show they have the active members.

Meh. The vote was 5-0 in favor of the merger, so it's a little late to complain about it.

No, Ahnk. It was a merger request. Farfalen merged with BDE with only one active member. How did that happen? Will the staff care to explain that? Or is it that everyone just loves to pick on GC and ORS?

Gash, please. I am flattered that you actually take time out of your meaningless life to cook up a comeback. And if I am such a bad RPer and nothing but a worthless speck of life, why do you even give a @#%$ about what I say, since you are so obviously above me and everyone else?

No more flaming, or I start deleting posts instead of editing them.

Anyway, we do indeed have a storyline to this, and we have all our members:

Jan (GC)
Dolash (GC)
Milkshake (GC)
Griff (ORS)
Ceros (ORS)
Ralen (ORS)
Karen (ORS)

Jan (in reference to the peace)- Griff did come to me regarding ending the war. He was told that if he wanted to end the war, all he had to do was stop attacking. He then started more attack threads against TNO worlds. Sort of the same situation with Dolash asking for peace (IC) on one hand and attacking us with ships with another. It sort of calls into question the person's sincerety about peace, you know.

Picking on TGC? TGC wouldn't even be a group if it wasn't for the staff relaxing the merger rules for them so don't even go that route.

Griff is the leader of his group and it seems he wants this moved forward now with restrictions.

What does the leader of TGC say (since the leader will not be able to be kicked out of the newly formed group)?

Once answered the staff will decide yes or no and, if yes, what restrictions are in place.

Honestly, the threads of Lorenzo and Milkshake are merely technicalities. The staff has granted concessions in the past (TGC for example)... but the main differences I see between the formation of the Coalition, the BDE-Farfaleen mergers and the proposed TGC/ORS merger were that the first two were decisions between 2 separate (OOC) group leaders.

With this one, with the way this request thread reads and the way everyone seems to post, Griff (leader of one group) decided to do this, has been working on it for a while, and everyone (ORS and TGC) just seem to be going with the flow...

You see, "mergers are actions between the two leaders of the groups."

With the way this whole thread reads (to me, at least), Griff simply told TRF and TGC that he is doing a merge.

It's not an agreement between two group leaders but the leader of one group telling another group (as a whole) what is going to happen. It's like trying to conquer a group without the IC work to go along.

I am not saying that is what it is, but that just the way it seems to be written and that is why I have asked twice who the "leader" of TGC is.

I know Griff is one architect of this merger. Who is his TGC counterpart?
