OOC: One to stay behind...

IC: Cole had been told that the Jedi were to be going on a journey. Yet he had chosen not to go, to stay behind rather and look after the order so that the others could go.

He was sure that he would hear from Amalia, his cousin, when she returned. She would be the one to most likely tell him all about the trip and how it had gone.

He looked forward to spending his time at the order anyway, it had been a while since he had been back and he longed to make himself be and feel at home again.

OOC: Um, whoever we may have missed, we can just assume is already onboard... :)

Last to board the ship were the Captain and Leia, of course.

And with nothing more than a verbal command the ship lifted off of the ground, blasted out of the atmosphere on it's sublights, and was on it's way to Coruscant...

ooc: and I'm gonna assume that the ships has a lounge or something. And, I'm also just hanging on to this rp by my fingernails, and getting back into my rp style, so bear with me if I make too many mistakes and or assumptions, please.

ic: Tec took a seat on a couch-like thing, beside Raven, and sighed heavily, watching the Hopper move towards a seat just opposite him. "So, uhh, how long have you been a Knight, Raven? Or Padawan, whichever you are." He turned towards the Hopper and asked the same thing, without pause for an answer.

WT hops up into the chair, and sits down slowly. "Ummmm...not that long, but I think I'm okay with the force. I mean not to good or anything, but okay with it. I know the basics. You?"

"Well, I know the basics, but I do consider myself moderately advanced, in certain areas, but only because I meditate a lot, when not reading sparring or studying the universe. Even a person who has traveled the galaxy as I did so long ago doesn't know everything. Heck, I don't even know how far I am into my training, really. I guess I should ask Master Leia sometime..." He said this with his head back, resting on the couch back, and brought his head up to look at Raven, awaiting her answer.

"Only about a month, myself, actually. I have padawan myself now. Oi, hopefully, my first shot a being a teacher won't be too bad." Raven replied, offering a grin.

Only a month, and she had her own student. Hopefully, the one in question didn't mind the substitute teacher - she hoped.

"I can't wait till I'm a Knight with a Padawan. It actually sounds like fun, in a way. Then it sounds like a handful of stinky responsibility." Tec frowned, and then grinned widely. "Who knows, I might even make a very good friend of my Padawan someday, when I get one. Hopper will be an interesting Knight master."

"Me...a Jedi Knight? Maybe, but not anytime soon. It might be neat, but to be a knight requires much control and connection over the force. I only have a little, more than I thought I might have. I've only been a Padawan a short while..."

"Well, teaching is quite a task to tackle." Raven agreed, nodding.

"And, WT, everybody learns at a different pace. I learned lot in a brief amount of time myself. You're learning, but it'll take time. Just be patient. Eventually, you'll find out what you need in the ways of the force."

Amalia sat quietly reading a large material of text, not really paying attention to anyone else around her, too engrossed in her reading material. She seemed to flip to one page but go back to the previous page before it, or farther back in her reading material, every five or ten minutes or so.

Darn it! Where is that gosh darn thing! I'd have better luck finding a...

Her eyes scanned something of interest within the reading material, though not partiularly the thing she was looking for, but it seemed to end her train of thought. She continued to read on.
