Daegal moved slowly along the surface of his once-thriving homeworld. It was quite bare now, after the decimation that had happened so many years ago. Painful memories of the past caused the Darkness within the Sith to reach a boiling point as he traversed slowly across the land that he once knew all too well.

As he knelt to pick up a strange colored rock, Daegal suddenly felt a tremor in the force. He could feel a presence of goodness near him and it caused a sickening feeling to turn his stomach.

Daegal began walking toward the distrubance, intent on finding the person from which it came. As he walked, he checked his weapons, all of which seemed to be in working order. He carried two sabers, one gold and one blue, as well as a dagger given to him by his Master of old.

As Daegal neared the disturbance, he called out loudly, "Show yourself..or are you too full of cowardice?"

The Jedi Knight Kahn had been off by himself, meditating and enjoying the solitude and peacefullness of the air around him. Then, something marred that near-perfection. A Dark prescence could be felt through the Force, and Kahn stood up, his white lightsaber clipped to his belt as always. He had carefully made his way towards the disturbance, halting a short distance away. Now able to sense the Dark Side radiating from the figure ahead of him, the Jedi heard the Sith call out. The Knight stepped out in full view, wearing traditional Jedi clothing, his facial expression and body language revealing nothing of his thoughts as he surveyed the Sith.

"A coward I am not, Sith."

Rusty exited the woods he was trekking through and felt a massive dark presence. He masked his own presence as he neared closer to the darksider, hand near his saber if the need arose.

"Cowardice? Tell me...why do you speak of cowardice? Are YOU afraid?"

With a wave of his hand, Daegal's massive black cloak lifted from his shoulders and his two sabers were in his hands. With a quick flick of his wrists, the two blades shot forth from the metallic hilts, illuminating the Sith's battle-scarred face. He grinned at the Jedi as they both made their presence known.

"So, things have not changed, have they? You Jedi still insist on travelling in packs? I don't mind, though, it's just more pain for me to inflict."

As he finished his sentence, his facial expression changed from that of a grin to a deep, sadistic smile.

Kahn noted the dual sabers the Sith held, his hand resting, almost casually, on the hilt of his own single-bladed saber. If he had to, he could bring it out and ignite it in a second. Keeping his eyes on the Sith, disliking the smile but not letting it show on his face, he spoke in a passive voice.

"Jedi just seem to be more willing to help each other out that Sith, I suppose. Why, pray tell, do you wish to inflict pain?"

Rusty stared the Sith down as he spoke

"Kahn...he is a Sith. Inflicting pain is all he knows how to do. And as for you, we do not travel in packs. It is mere coincidence that this Jedi is here. As a matter of fact, I don't even believe WE have formally been introduced."

Rusty turned to the other Jedi

"I'm Rusty Metropolis, Rogue Jedi Knight. Now...I fear there is no way out of this..."

Rusty turned back to the Sith

"If you resort to violence, you will find that I am a formidable opponent."

Before anyone could do something, a second wave of darkness swept through the forest. The dark figure stepped out from behind a clearing of trees, wearing his usual white cloak. Looking at the three men the demon sith night grinned.

*Formidable huh?.....we shall see just how formidable you are Rusty Metropolis*

Malice walked up beside the other sith taking off his cloak and eyeing both jedi down.

*My,my,my Kahn it seems we are destin to fight one another....but for today i am not here for you. I have heard a lot about this Rusty Metropolis and so i have been tracking him down*

Malice turned towards the rouge jedi knight, his dark blue eyes seeming to stare right through his very being.

*I have finally found you jedi. Now it's time to see just how good you really are*

Malice spread his feet apart getting into a deffensive stance. Unlike other sith, Malice sometimes waited for his opponent to attack.

Rusty placed his hand near his saber, ready to grab it at the Sith's first move

"That is rather strange. I don't know any hellspawn. So, you've heard of me huh? If you're looking to fight, I'm afraid you've chosen the wrong Jedi."

Rusty stood, ready to counter any attack the Sith made

"Kahn, you take that other idiot over there. This one's mine, since he knows me apparently..."

" Malice, are you trying the old game of getting to the former master through his former students again?"

*Han smiled, and wlaked from the shadows saber in hand*

Kahn frowned slightly as Rusty spoke, not approving of his attitude towards the Sith. However, he said nothing to his fellow Jedi. Nodding greeting to Han, he kept his eyes focused on the two Sith. Knowing nothing he could say would have any impact on Malice, he did not speak to him, but locked eyes with the first Sith, waiting for an answer to his question.
