A Troubled Sleep

Kahn hung his head, knowing what Amalia said was true, at least about him not trying to help or find help. However, he did know one thing for sure.

"Master, I felt him die. He is one with the Force now, of that I am sure."

*She noded her head slowly.*

"Very well..I do not know what I can do to rid you of your troubles, Kahn. This is something knew that I am being confronted with. Just know that you should not feel guilt about causing his death. Though your actions upon his death could have been different. I don't think the help would have done him any good, but nonetheless, you should have considered it."

*She bowed her own head.*

"I'm sorry, Kahn, I wish there were more I could do for you."

Kahn knew Amalia was right, yet the guilt he felt was still there.

"This is my problem Master, not yours. Don't bother yourself about it, I'll be fine....I hope.[/i]

"It is something you should not have to deal with alone, nor are you going to. We will find someway to help you through this, together. Ahnk will not haunt you forever, I promise."

He nodded, though he knew full well how long memories could haunt you. Nearly every night when he was a Sith, and when he was training under Ahnk, he had had nightmares about his mother's death. Yet perhaps since the Dark Side had been eradicated from him, he would be able to handle these better.

"They will go away.."

She said softly, pain was heard slightly in her own voice, as if remembering memories from her past but that was all.

She looked at him, only noding her head.

"You should try to get more sleep, it's still very late..."

Kahn stifled a yawn and nodded again. He got up to leave the room, turning before he left.

"Thank you Master."

The troubled Padawan exited Amalia's chambers, heading towards his room and hoping that sleep would come easier and that he would not dream any more tonight.

OOC: I'm not really sure what is supposed to happen with this thread, no one has really told me anything. Except for where it concerns you, Kahn, not really sure what goes on with Ahnk's end.

IC: *Amalia too went back to sleep, the not without difficulty. She was still very troubled about Kahn ad his situation. She did manage to get back to sleep though not very peacfully.*

OOC: Thank you very much Amnde. For now, your role is complete.

(Kahn's sleep came easily but far from peacefully. Kahn at first saw little but heard screams and cries. The darkness made him wonder if he was in hell but soon a blinding light replaced it.)
"Hey... come on kid, get up!"
(Kahn could feel himself being shaken gently in an attempt to wake him up, but the blinding white light made his turn away, but it was everywhere. When it finally subsided, he saw the person shaking him was a fotyish man with greying hair and rougish, unshaven beard.)
"Good to see you alive. Now get up... we got some work to do on your little head."

"My head? What...who are you?"

Kahn felt disorientated and confused. In this dreamworld his senses were somewhat dulled for the moment, and he was unaware that it was not reality.
