Yes that one. The tank goes until it comes to this spot in the road that's blocked off. What do you do then?

Do a 180 turn from the tank, walk to the fence, then turn left and you should see another bit of road blocked off.
However there should be a ramp where you can walk over that one, like, formed out of the rubble or something.
Mind you, that was on a co-op game. Shouldn't be that much different.
