Ceel had pulled out a while ago, it was my decision to pull TGC out because the impossibility for this project to move on if we were involved. And seeing how many communities jumped on teh idea when Ceel first said he was pulling out, then pulled out when I informed them that TGC was still in, and now that I pulled us out they are back, our concerns are valid.

Let's try and steer away from this sort of talk. TGC is out, end of story.

So, anyone able to make the site?

I was just thinking...

Mouse-over descriptions might be nice, so long as we can manage a few criteria. Ideally written by one or more Admin(s) from each community, in-so-far-as; word count and such things. I think its important that if we do incorporate brief biography descriptions for each community that they don't compete against one another. All hands in and whatnot.

I'll submit a design tommorow, when I have more time to make one. I'm pretty minimalist, though.

I was really hoping to have a 250 word description of each forum followed by perhaps a trio of member reviews?

That way we can get the story of good and bad points (hopefully member reviews will point out the negatives of the board too).

I'm also keen to see that no one board exceeds the other in terms of words used or such. Also, i think we should omit from posting post counts; people seem to think the more posts the better, but that couldn't be further from the truth.

Brilliant :D

I'm sure it'll look ravishing!

At this juncture is it sensible to nominate a steering committee representing interested parties? Do we have an actual plan of action and a clear vision of where we go from here over the next few weeks to make this concept a reality?

Finally, this conversation seems to be getting highjacked every-so often. Perhaps a new forum with directed topics would be a better way to organise what needs to be done. Just in case anyone needs to contact me my character name is also my AIM. You can email me also: jay at sithlore dot com.

Of the various unity topics started this one has been the most productive, and people have flocked here.
