Bush Sr. never beat them in '91 so dubyah decided to go raise some shit.

Umm, excuse me? As I recall the Iraqi army was utterly decimated in that war. Read up sometime on the highway of death.

Man, one-they have a longer attention span than the rest of the world, and two-I say they should adopt our American view and accept that, by your religion, most of the world is going to hell. Shuttup, and let them do it in peace.

I would love to hear you say that to my face. Fucking internet warriors.

And yay for Silus because he is great.

I don't see what in that statement would make you angry, Taja.

Yeah that statement was extremley wrong. Y'know, there is a passage in the bible which mentions that not only will there be other faiths, but that we should not force them to steer clear of their beliefs, but only spread the word of our own.

It's in the 'Book of Ignored Passages'. It's fairly lengthy.

That statement is geared towards ALL religions, not just Muslims.

Is that supposed to redeem the sheer and utter stupidity of your first comment ?

Do you disagree that the world would be so much better if everyone only gave a rat's ass what affects THEM when it comes to religion?
Also, I'm not an "internet warrior". Just sick of seeing people that consider a bomb destroying a praying site (whatever they're called, I forgot) with women and children only an occurance, and consider "sacrilege" comitted a continent away by people who don't believe the religion a massive assault to their lifestyle.
Again, can you disagree? (I know I phrased things wrong, but you get my point!)

Um... I think the blockade might have had something to do with Cuba pointing Russian nuclear missiles at them... that and the fact that Castro is a dirty commie. :D

Which was rather hypocricy considering the US had missiles in Turkey and Castro was trying to protect himself after a US invasion of his soil and that was 30 years ago anyways so the long memory point still counts.

The Iraqi Army in Kuwait was decimated whereas the one in Iraq mostly remained safe. One general I think it was the commander of the VII corps was criticised following the war for not being aggressive enough and allowing most of the Republican Guard Units in the area of Basra to escape.
