The Emperor Has Fallen(Fearsons)

Zeta rolled his eyes.

"Yes, I realize that, oh technical one. You do love to talk, don't you. Awfully full of yourself as well, though an Emperor should be that way, I suppose. We'll see how well you think of yourself when you become one with the force, hmm?"

Zeta quickly snatched up his left hand, stretching out with the Darkside of the force. Soon Fearsons could feel I very tight hold upon his throat, causing his windpipe to tighten, allowing him very little room to breath, also allowing him very little room in concentration, or difficulty in concentration at least.

The sudden and unexpected attack left very little room for error and therefore as soon as he felt the pain clench around his throat, he lunged the several rocks inbound toward the Sith's back, crashing into his spine and throwing him off balance. Of course it was not going to be anything permanently damaging to the ugly looking Dark Side devotee.

Talking was over. The battle was now.

With the Sith's concentration quickly deverted for a moment, Fearsons spun himself away from his small location and moved closer to the hate filled anti-Jedi...moving further from the "toy light saber" as Zeta had put it.

"Still want some of me Zeta?" Fearsons chortled, no fear, no hesitancy in his voice or his emotions as he edged closer. Solo had tought him well in the way of predictions and telekenesis.

The Rogue Jedi seemed to have quite the aim, but so did Zeta. Zeta's back seemed to vibrate with pain, but it only seemed to fuel him.

"You'll have to do better than that, Fearsons! I know you have it in you. The Darkside is just itching to come out of you."

He laughed and lifted his left hand, drawing upon the Darkside of the force once again. He began to manipulate the air around his hand, making the wind patterns around his hand increase by growing faster around his hand. Heating the molecules around his hand, breaking the bond of fire. Shortly after, a medium sized ball of fire was produced from Zeta's left hand. It zoomed through the air, firing at rapid speed. It made impact with Fearsons, not at all missing its target, smacking Fearsons square in the chest.

The shot was, for the most part, painful, seering the flesh around his chest and beginning to drain him of his clothing there, but only slightly. The emperor shrugged off the pain and grinned, simply rising to his full figure defiantly.

"Is that honestly the best you can do Zeta?" Fearsons chortled as he began to walk slowly, menacingly toward the tatooed Sith. "I had been convinced the Sith were...worthy opponents."

His crimson eyes narrowed dangerously as he got closer, his grin spreading slightly and defiantly. "Come now Zeta you must have a real reason for being here other than to tickle me with your petty sorcery."

"..and I was convinced you actually defended yourself in battle. Only a wimp or coward would be so stupid as to not have shown their skill. Afraid Fearsons? You have made a grave mistake in waiting to make a move..."

Without another word, Zeta looked toward the sky, but that was not where his attention was focused on. The forest held many trees, why shouldn't he use them to his resource. He force jumped, focusing his attention on one of the closest tree to him, flying through the air with great speed, he landing in one of the trees. Fearsons could just barely make out Zeta's presence as he blended in with the trees. He set himself in comfortably in one of the many branches connected with the tree and then centered his attention on the ground.

He concentrated on the ground before him, drawing on the air nearest to the ground, manipulating the air there. For some reason, Zeta just loved fire...

He concentrated, continuing to manipulate the air making it heat up messing up the air molecules. The nond of fire was broken once again. The fire grew slowly at first and then more quickly, until a circle of fire was formed so that it surrounded himself and Fearsons.

Somehow, with all the change in atmosphere, with Fearsons now having his attention directed at the cirle of fire, Zeta had managed to make his way out of the tree and now was not anywhere to be found. Well, he was around, just not in Fearsons' sights, somewhere hidden within the shadows of the forest. He entered the Rogue Knight's mind.

Tell me, Fearsons...How well are you at the game of hide and go seek. Let's find out, shall we?

He laughed in Fearsons' mind.

All the time, Zeta had been drawing upon the Darkside of the force, using it to his bidding.

As Fearsons looked around, glancing about the trees and immediate area, he found himself staring back at not just one Zeta, but six all together.

All of them giving piercing stares at Fearsons, the real Zeta, well, maybe he was among the six, maybe he wasn't, who really knew, except Zeta...

Fearsons knew...he wasn't there. Zeta was not there, these fake, serele images were casted out by an exterior force that was no doubt on the other side of the carapace of flames. His mind had warned him of tricks like these, daunting from the Dark Side of the Force in ways attempting to project a false scan to him. None of these images projected the Force representation of the Sith, he had been concentrating too hard outside on this small image of several Sith to actually hide his true position. The Force guided the Rogue Jedi Knight to him, and his eyelids cursed back as his lips creviced in a taunting grin.

Zeta was more interested in showing off false powers than actually fighting the majestic Rogue Imperial emperor. "Oh come now Zeta, I am sick of these petty tricks," he said as he waved his hand around the bowl of fire trickling dangerously near his forest. Compressing the air molecules around the fire and literally draining out the oxygen, the flames had no way of breathing, and thus quickly died out.

All that was left now were the spinning Darth Zeta's who had seemed more insulted that the emperor only clapped his hands together and scorned the would-be Sith.

"I had heard rumors of you Zeta," Fearsons scoffed. "I always hoped they were true...obviously you have no fighting gaul. If I were not a Jedi...I would have slain you already."

He began to slowly walk toward the self projected images of the narcisstic Sith Knight, the Jedi Knight in turn peeling toward one of the many trees. "Now Zeta, if you're going to just sit there and play with fire, I'll have to ask you to leave, these forests are quite flammable you know."

Zeta slowly began to draw all the illusions together slowly, via the force. Each Zeta began to slowly disappear, until there was only one left, Zeta himself.

"Couldn't fool you."

A tight smile curved onto his lips.

Zeta jumped out of the tree he sat in, just near Fearsons himself. He lunged at Fearsons, as he got closer to Fearsons he kicked outwards, aiming at Fearsons' own throat.

He had been waiting for that moment, he'd been waiting for the single tentative second that he'd be allowed to respond in force to the Sith's mocking tone. The kick came in directly at the emperor's throat, and so he grabbed the missing side of his lightsaber and activated it, the black side. With the other still a good ten to twenty yards away from him, he had no way of drawing the orange side as well.

He side stepped quickly and fluidly as if the grabbing of his weapon, activation of it, and the side stepping was all one motion. Zeta had been forced to come up short, and with the Jedi's weapon now activated, Fearsons decided to use his own spinning kick at him. Zeta very easily ducked the blow and thus Fearsons backed off, awaiting an assault from his opponent.

His chiss-like eyes dazed left and right as he looked around for possible ambushes, but there was no sense of anyone else around him, no other life forms beyond that of normal forest fauna.

His black lightsaber hummed an eerie melodic bssht, vmm, and he watched the tatooed figured actions, waiting for another strike. The black and red tatoos on his face reminded him of studies of the Sith War, and the Sith Lord Darth Maul. Fearsons leaned out in the Force to try and connect with the Sith warrior's emotions, sensing and reeling in what he would do next.

Zeta did one of his own fancy kick and spin moves, trying to knock out the Jedi's lightsaber from his hands, it caused the Jedi's wrists to bend horribly backwards because of the strong kick that was brought forth, but the saber still remained intact in Fearsons hands. Zeta fell to the ground in a stop drop and roll type move, quickly returning to his feet just after a split second.

He went after Fearsons again, this time, aiming for just one of his wrists this time, his left one. He did another kick and spin move into the air, using the force to aid his strength. His foot landed squarely in the middle of Fearsons left writst. Zeta could hear a snapping sound, obviously Fearsons wrist bone being snapped apart, as his foot made direct conntact with Fearsons wrist.

Feeling the writhing agony of a hairline fracture, the emperor let loose of his lightsaber while he manipulated the Force around him, attempting to reel out the pain. It was no difficult task, but it was not as painless as he'd like. Stepping back to avoid Darth Zeta's wild kicks, he finally found an opening, and gripped the Sith's foot with all his might.

Using both the Force and his natural strength, he lifted him from the ground and hurled Zeta across the opening in the forest, slamming him into a tree.

This gave Fearsons enough time to again gather the Force around him, summoning his lightsaber back to him, and thus preparing for another onslaught.
