Kal Shora looked at the approaching envoy, who seemed to be Cree'Ar, or, an imitation of the Cree'Ar. Their methology of walking gave them away as imposters, but Kal Shora would have guessed as they spoke no greeting, indicative of their alienology to the Cree'Ar culture.

"Curious. Should we be honored they would choose to imitate us, or insulted that they would do it so poorly?"

Kal Shora nodded to the envoy, before returning his focus to Varex.

"If you know basic, then speak it. I would wish to keep our language... our language."

Kal Shora grew silent, as the Damuen envoy approached.

"Of course, High Elder." Varex replied in their own tongue, keeping his eyes on the Daemun envoy.

There was a brief period of silence. Varex searched his mind for the proper words to what he wanted to say. It had been some time since he had used Basic. Most Cree'Ar didn't bother to learn it, considering themselves above such primitive speech, but Varex knew better.

"Greetings to you." he began, pausing a bit for dramatic effect, "I am Varex Tarien, Most Holy Envoy of Borleas Queyver. This is High Judicator of the Cree'Ar Dominion, High Elder Kal Shora, Bringer of Fire. We greet you both, and the Black Dragon Empire. And your names are?"

If he stumbled over his words, he could not be faulted. Varex was very uncomfortable looking upon Cree'Ar and knowing in his mind that they were merely imposters. Infidels, no matter how civilized they might be. Kal Shora had asked whether they should be honored or insulted. He felt the latter.

"Reft menamowoc kugh mei pitu ricani horen melas"

The first said with an attempted bow, which was hard to accomplish under the differential weight balance of the third leg, but accomplished it none the less. It was an odd evolutionary turn, this form, not one that would easily be accustomed to.

Waiting momentarily, he gathered himself as he was struck by the web as the information driveled in on his own mistake. It was often that the ancient Dameun language was used over the non-Dameun in much the same way the ancient Catholic church used the latin language over the unlearned of yore. This was not a diplomatic coo that was to be made with such honored guests as these.

"We, the Dameun people, representing The Black Dragon Empire, Welcome you."

"As to our individual names, I am currently composed of the Mysteries of several other Dameuns, my other physical companion has many more. The congruent sensations attributed to names themselves are meaningless and thus unable to be formed into words. If you would excuse our rudeness in this aspect, we may continue."

Speeding through hyperspace in the Sihoyguwa, his now-ancient Sith Infiltrator, Ahnk cursed himself for his lack of reasoning ability.

What was it that made the Cree'Ar undefeatable? Their weapons were unique, and their detirmination was formidable, but the one advanatage they had over every enemy they faced was their conduit technology, utilizing negative energy to create tunneling phenomena anywhere they desired to travel.

Another species in this galaxy fit that bill as well.

He couldn't believe he hadn't thought of it.

The Cree'Ar.

And the Gree.

The Cree'Ar.

The Gree.

Cree'Ar.

Gree.

Everything was falling together in his mind as he headed for Lonatro, according to estimates made by his friend Mr. Smith, the most likely world one would go to if they wanted to take an undefended Gree Hypergate. He had to get there first, and when he arrived, he had to destroy it. He had to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands.

He had to...

The Sep'Ta'd'Porl'a'Mor arrived over Imp'a'Bor'd'daak, slowing gradually as it exited the artifical wormhole. Below, Zeratul saw the world begin to take on the greyish hue that was the trademark of Cree'Ar worlds, as grass and trees were turned into carbonic ash, ready to be melded into a metal creation that would forward the goals of the Dominion. Above, he saw the Nir'a'Sen'a'Dor Mec'Ta'Darin'd'Ol, the fleet currently defending the world formerly known as Nirauan, with 8 Ja'Mha Rerodan Cruisers, and 3 Borleas Cruisers, two of which were Mak'Tal Bek's, but which two he could not tell. Somewhere, cloaked to his eyes but not to his sensors, were the Assault Ships, floating between the capital vessels and always providing an invisible eye on the situation to the Nexus network. Below, the Tek'a'tara were surely installing defensive platforms from which a ground invasion would be repelled.

It all bored him. He had seen it thousands of times on thousands of worlds, and he longed for something new. With his duties as a scout now ended, he regretably saw more of this menial task labor in his future, and this he did not enjoy.

"Ah." Varex said, stalling to attempt a rudimentary understanding of what the Cree'Ar imitator had said, "Ah. I'm afraid I do not know much about your technology. It sounds very interesting, though."

Though he had said otherwise, Varex was neither interested nor impressed by the Daemun technology. In the end, it was nothing compared to the gods. He passed a brief glance back at Kal, but seeing no apology for lack of information or explanation of the 'Mysteries' forthcoming, he turned back to the nameless emissaries.

"Well. We are very interested in continuing these negotiations, but I think we should find some place a bit more quiet to speak of such things. Some place away from prying eyes, if you will."

The head bobed slightly at the sentance, it was a uniform show of humor amongst the Mystery involved. The other set did not seem to find the comment quite as funny. As the other party gave them an odd look, which was any look considering, they felt it would be prudent to explain.

"That would be difficult, you see, as our entire race is watching as it were. As far as this meeting is concerned, their are no prying eyes to speak of."

There was no way to read their body language, foriegn as they were, so it was difficult to tell how their reaction would be. Though, they would not explain things any further, no need to let others know how they operated.

From the pad before them emerged two solid formations of paneling. Slowly turning into screens for data...

Almania.

Things had been mounting in the realm of the Alderaanian guard since the strange incident with a fleet of hostiles entering and then leaving the system space.

The fleet was preparing for action as it always did. Training for eventuallities and getting as much inteligence from their networks as possible.

Vonta Horn had been training members in the Observer order to pass the days. There had been many a promising student. Many choosing to differentiate into a single force study or into many.

On this particular day The original Observer jedi was aboard the saber strike. Vonta's Nebulan B-2 frigate. Of her own design the ship was uniquely outfitted with advanced computer systems giving her a complete out post with witch to do her research, training, and missions. The Training frigates were actually a better fit for the stated purposes but vonta preferred her ship and her crew. They had been loyal to her for years now and that loyalty resounded through the force in this place.

"Saber," Vonta calls out into the dead air.

In the librairy of the vessel a life sized holo-gram appears next to the table that vonta worked at. It was covered with data padds scattered all about in a pattern that only the jedi could discern.

The holo-gram appears backwards looks from side to side and turns around smiling lightly as she comes to face her captain.

"Ma'am, may I be of service?" The Hologram was the mind of the ship but was given a holo-graphic form to manifest herself with any where on the ship. The Computer was unique as having a synthadroid counter part that was the very image of the hologram in everyway. The ship and the droid shared a positronic network that allows them to share experiences with one another.

"Yes cross reference the data for the Kathol rift historical files with..." Vonta never finishes her sentence.

She convulses for several moments as she is hit with a force premenition.

She saw several images, a Green planet, Soilders, a round gate with an obilisk beside it. Throughout the vision she felt the dark side permeating this place.

"Captain?!" The holo-gram moves to vonta's side, with no response, "Medical teams to the archives something is wrong with captain Horn."

The vision passes and Vonta regains her pose.

"No saber. Belay that order." She manages to say weakly, "It was just a disturbance in the force I am fine."

The holo-graphic woman looked doubtful but she would not go againest her captain.

The vision had a Hyper gate in the vision.

Only located in the Gree conclave.

Another bidding of the force. One that she must follow she makes way to the bridge knowing that she is begining yet another journey.

On route to Nirauan..

The journey to Nirauan was well traveled, or at least it looked that way. Sarah, for some reason or another, felt something that suggested otherwise. Not only did the woman have the mindset of a diplomat and intelligence operative, but she was force sensitive as well. She never liked to associate herself with the force, at least if she could help it.

The force had once meant a great deal to her, but that was in the past, a past that had become long well forgotten. It had been a time when she had more than just herself to rely on. Much had changed, and so had she. Her transformation was nothing of a celebration for her, more like an act of rebellion. She'd changed to become a woman full of seclusion and regret. Still, she had also changed to become a woman full of strength and determination, fate had seen to that.

There was nothing Sarah connected with now, except for her job, everything else was just rubbish. Nothing else did she consider to be remotely worth her time and effort.

The moment Sarah's shuttle jumped into hyperspace was the moment that the woman knew that something was not quite right. An unwelcoming knot had touched Sarah's stomach, and the further the shuttle moved on to Nirauan, the worse she felt.

She never hesitated on turning back, despite the nagging feeling that told her to do just that. She believed too strongly in facing whatever should happen to come her way.

Aborting a mission was not an option, not for her, anyway. However, under drastic circumstances, there was no telling if such a resort would come to term or not.

She would have to negotiate the pros and cons should such a resort ever come to her mind.

Several hours later...

Exhausted with the nagging feelings that consumed her mind and wishing that her voyage to Nirauan would soon end, Sarah settled into boredom.

A boredom that swiftly yet suddenly came to be replaced with anticipation as her eyes settled onto Nirauan.

Yet it was then, just as she recognized her voyage's end to begin surveillance of what was uncharted land to her; that she came to realize that she was not alone.

For one small yet unusual moment Sarah would come to be glad, for once, to be who she was.

Her voyage was only just beginning...

Varex struggled to bite back a sigh of frustration. The technologically advanced Daemun people were quickly getting on his nerves. It seemed that they seemed to take offense to everything the Priest Lord said, as if they expected for him to know everything about their people.

Come to think of it, Varex wished he did know everything about their people. It would make this whole meeting so much more easier. It seemed right now that everywhere he 'ran' with these negotiations, he met up with a dead end.

Finally, the Daemun people actually did something helpful. Screens that were obviously meant for data exchange between the Daemun and Cree'Ar people emerged from the pad before them. Perhaps he'd survive this negiotiation without attempting to strangle the Daemun envoy's after all.

"Very good, very good," Varex muttered to himself, "Now. If you'd be so kind as to pull up the schematics for the ReMAT?"

Sure, it wasn't the most tactful approach, but Varex was qucikly getting fed up with the Cree'Ar imposters, and it was better than nothing.
