Grand Admiral Snowkan watched as it happened. The two capital ships, Serpent's Smile and Accuser launched every one of their missiles at the engines of the star destroyer. Belial's shields came down. Then the two ships used all power from weaposn into engines and rammed into the Belial, right into the engines. The victory star destroyer hit first, takign out the engines. Then the corruption star destroyer hit. Being only 200m less then the Belial, it caused significant damage, especially since it hit right on the reactor. The reactors of Serpent's Smile and Belial both exploded, blowing up both of the ships, and damaging the shields of the ships in the surronding area. Then he turned hsi attention to Serpent's Strike. It was beign pushed by the tractor beam on Serpent's Coil. The ship was heading straight for the Pandemonium. Then the planetary advanced turbolaser fired once more. It had hit the Pandemonium three times now. The shields on Pandemonium were failing. Then Serpnet's Strike hit. The ship was 1800m longer then Pandemonuim and when it hit, it took down the shields and blew u the reactor. both ships were blown up. Serpent's Coil approaching Achilles engines. The self destruct counter was down to 30 seconds.

"All crewers, abandoun ship, came Grand Admiral Snowkan's voice. All crewers abandoun ship."

The crewers lep into escape pods, and launhed, all except for Grand Admiral Snowkan. Serpent's Coil threw all power into engines and self destruct. It surged foward, ramming into the unprotected engines. The ship was 1800m longer then Achilles, so it blew up both of the reactros, and the ships were gone. The New Order had lost three Alligiance star destroyers, in an attack against the Iron Fist Empire, which had ended as a win for them, but a costly win. The 7 HT flew up to the under construction shipyards, and blew them up, after the workers had evacuated. The troops on he gorund blew up the palnetary advanced turbolaser and underconstruction contruction yard. The HT blew themselves up. The troopers went home. All that remained of the Iron Fist Empire was was glowing debris in space, and some memories.

The Allegiance-class Star Destroyer <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Belial<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> sent out sprays of laser fire, vaporizing nearly all missiles which approached the monolithic craft. Minutes passed, the enemy warships taking up precious time to empty their armories of projectiles, with the same results. Well-aimed bursts from rear-mounted heavy turbolaser batteries on the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Belial<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> melted to slag the missile launchers on the enemy cruisers <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Serpent's Smile<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> and <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Accuser<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->.

The <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Belial<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->'s shields remained up, if somewhat more depleted.

Suddenly, the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Serpent's Smile<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> increased to ramming speed, and adjusted its course for the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Belial<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->'s engine subsection. It crashed into the main port thruster ring, hull plating becoming vaporized from the ion wash as it steadily thrusted itselt into a furnace.

The <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Accuser<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> came next, smashing into the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Serpent's Smile<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> in an attempt to achieve the direct impact. Soon, the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Serpent's Smile<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> ceased to be as a cohesive warship. In its stead, molten durasteel swelled in the void of space, and dismembered modular decks floated about, their oxygen leaking into the void. The Corruption-class Star Destroyer followed, and soon all that remained of the two warships was simple debris.

The decrewed <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Serpent's Coil<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> came next, lurching towards its doom. Tractor beams from the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Achilles<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> locked onto the ship and held it in place, preventing its suicide run while strafing its bare hull with weapons clusters. Fifteen seconds later <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Serpent's Coil<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> self-destructed, and its proximity to the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Achilles<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> finally burned out the shield generators.

Showers of debris slammed into the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Achilles<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->, raking the hull of the mighty ship, leaving it scarred. The Victory-class Star Destroyer <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Calypso<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->, which had been running a close escort of the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Achilles<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->, lay burning in space, impaled in multiple places by the remains of the enemy flagship. Escape pods, evacuation shuttles, starfighters and troop transports drew out of the stricken ship in a controlled panic, headed towards other ships in the Legion with the appropriate vacancies.

From the bridge of the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Achilles<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->, the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Calypso<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> was remotely powered down, preventing a violent situation regarding the reactor core. Engine banks, which had been left alive through control circuits built into the flagship, sputtered to life and propelled the burning derelict away from the fleet and towards deep space, before the remote circuits were shut down and the derelict's engines died.

EDIT~Please disregard, didn't see the latest mod ruling.

The assault ships swooped in unopposed, passing above the rubble of the planetary turbolaser cannon and unloading troops into the planet's twenty-three major cities. Through them, the stromtroopers marched, and onlookers tossed small trinkets towards the liberating heroes, welcoming them.

Aboard the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Achilles<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->, Aevan Drakiss gazed out the viewport at the planet below. An aide handed a datapad containing status reports to him, and he read them over, nodding.

"Signal the High Command that the planet is ours," he spoke to his comm officer, looming over his shoulder. "I recommend a Brass Protectorate detachment be dispatched to relieve the current occupying forces, and permanent defenses be assigned. Too, the planet is ready for shipyard placement."
