She sips her new drink when it arrives, and sets the glass down.

"Soon. About a week or so. I hear this is gonna take another week or so to create.

All this okay with you?"

Kamon nodded.

"I have no problesm with it. My children are safe on Tholatin with Freefall so they will be fine until I come back. Although Amarie is really upset about her mother."

He shrugged and sipped his drink.

"I don't know what to tell her."

"I noticed that. I felt bad that Damien was with me when we were in front of her."

She sips her drink and sets it down, looking thoughtful.

"Perhaps her mother does not want to be found. Nor come back.

I am not saying it is true, just that it is one possibility if you cannot find her."

He sighed and shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't think she wants to be found. Whatever she is up to is a mystery to me. Amarie wants to see her badly though and I can't say as I don't want to see her as well."

She nods, thoughtfully.

"To Amarie, no one is her mother, except her mother.

Meaning, if you were to remarry, Amarie might hate that woman, for trying to replace her mother. And she resent you for it."

The memory of Amethyst resenting her for trying to replace her father, Drako Night, was almost too much to bare. She was trying to find a father for the girl, but apparently, she had other plans.

"Trust me. I know what its like to be resented for something like that."

Kamon shook his head.

"I don't think she'd go that far."

He sipped his drink.

"She loves her mother very much, but I don't think she'd hate her stepmother. She's not like that."

"Im not saying she is. Not all children would do that, but not all children wouldnt either. Mine did, and its not a pretty sight."

She finished her drink and stands up.

"I didnt bring any clothes with me. Any idea where I might be able to buy some?"

Kamon nodded.

"Head out of this building and walk down the street a block. THere's a store there with off-world cothes. It's your best bet."

"Thanks, Kamon."

She walks to the door, then stops, looking back.

"I wont be long. Ill be right back, if I find what I am looking for."

She leaves and heads to the store Kamon indicated. Inside were infact off-world clothes.

Walking over to one rack, Jade pulls off a slinky black leather outfit, then puts it back, shaking her head.

"Not like I have anyone to wear that for anymore."

Jade finds another black leather outfit, this one a catsuit, full body, black leather knee high boots included. She finds one in her size and rips the tag off, then changes into it in the dressing room.

Once everything is smoothed down, she shrugs on her ankle length black leather jacket, her trademark, and puts on her weapons.

Taking the tag, Jade walks up to the counter and pays for her outfit, plus a few more she saw. The total dollars she paid was in the quadruple area, but she didnt care. She had more than enough money, since she was now using her inheritance from being a natural born Empress.

Smiling at her reflection, she walks out with her bag, and goes back to meet Kamon.

"Sorry if that took longer than expected."

Kamon blinked.

"You look good."

He was sipping on a Tholatinian wine that was imported to the planet. It was second only to Corellian wines and their other drinks. It was quite tasty and he had his own personal reserve of it.

"And don't worry about the time."
