No. Those were made by the director that was supposed to make the film, but he made those for Halo 3. It's been officially announced that the Halo project, as of now, is to be considered dead and sunk.

If it's anything like the Dungeons & Dragons movie... I will kill someone, probably Irtar.

My hope is for a light hearted romantic comedy featuring the odd couple, a dwarf and a tauren, who are forced to elope and escape the hatred of their peoples (Alliance Vs Horde) and end up making the segway in to South Park.

Irtar enjoys crushing high hopes. *nod*

And yes, Beff, a light-hearted Romeo and Juliet take off would be comforting.

Resident Evil and its series were based off a video game. Those turned out pretty good. Can't think of any others, though.

I didn't really like the first two Resident Evil movies, however the third one (which I haven't seen) looks kick ass. Not to mention that they didn't really seem Resident Evil-ish to me. They kind of mentioned Umbrella but that was it. At least in the newest movie, there are actual zombies.

Indeed. Those movies seemed to be more... a jumble of ideas from various medias, with the Resident Evil name. I was expecting a real in depth look into the whole organization, how it ran, and how it manipulated events in their favour... but, alas, it wasn't to do with more than a mention, a flashback or two and a security team sent out.

What about Double Dragon, eh? Eh? That was pretty cool way back when; waaay back when I was a kid and didn't give a damn about plot or anything save kung fu and the T-1000.

Tomb Raider wasn't so terribly bad.

They craftily kept the audience entranced by Angelina Jolie's lips and boobs the whole time.

I liked the first bloodrayne movie. Haven't seen the second one yet.
