I figured you would.

I don't think CostCo carries anything Mac (all their computer and computer-related stuff is PC), so I doubt I'll be seeing iPods there.

But they did have quite a nice selection of leather jackets there last time I went...

So I'm torn between an iPod, which would be cool, for Christmas, or a leather, which would also be cool. But the leater would probably be cheaper, so...

Not to mention that I bought myself a very nice CD walkman less than a year ago. iPods are nice, but you can't take the CD out and pop into your car stereo whenever you like.

Now, if they were to come out with an adapter, like you can get to hook a CD walkman into a cassette player...!

You can't borrow a friends CD and play it on a road trip on an iPod either. An MP3 compatible CD player is probably the best compromise; you can stick a lot of MP3's on a CDR yet still play standard CD's.

Yeah... or you could just burn several CDs. I actually prefer having more than one cd, it makes organization easier.

With an iPod, though, you can set up playlists and stuff. So it's still ubercool.

And, if your going on a roadtrip, buy a pair of computer speakers. You can even get "convience speakers" that don't need to be plugged in...

*still has to get some for his CD player*

On second thought... instead of deleting old songs, I'm going to start burning them to an Mp3 CD. That gives me one disk I can use to play all this @#%$ on my computer, and it doesn't slow it down, or nothing.

I thought you just got a new computer, are you running out of space already?

I don't think so. But I'm to lazy to check. And I need room for all that porn I've been dowloading.

And if it's a choice between music and porn, well...
