I think most people would say it means Holy War.

But most people don't really know what Holy War means. Like that it doesn't mean an actual war against other people.

It's my understanding that it's a spiritual war, within oneself... but I'll wait to see what Gash says. I'm no expert on Islam.

Forcing someone to have healthcare is a step away from forcing them to wear a homing transmitter on their wrist.
