Introducing... the Databank.

Ok, this is the pre-alpha-beta-sorta release of the TRF Databank. Not only does it encompass ships, but planets as well. Check out the Sidebar for links to both the Ship Database and the Planet Database. For those of you not using Portal Default, you'll have to use this link: therebelfaction.com/databank.

Anyone can edit the Databank. You'll need to register a separate account. You have to do this because I am lazy and have not yet integrated the user account bits. Editing is real simple, just double-click any page, make changes, and hit submit.

I've gone ahead and started different parts of the databank, but it is by no means complete. Go ahead and fill her up with whatever. Originally the Databank was just going to be the Ship Database, but Itar mentioned something about planets, and ... the Planet Database spawned. I'm sure this will happen for other topics too...

If you have problems with the Databank, that's what this forum is for. If you're having problems with the site in general, use the Communications forum. I made a few other changes tonight, so there may be some things gone kooky.

Oh, yeah, the Ship Database forums have been un-hidden too. Pirate them for stats for the Databank.

You still haven't taught me how to create new pages with the Wiki.

I think I was the first person to edit it. Do I get a prize?

HA! I was the first person. I threw in the Dantooine thingy the second Titus opened it. I was the Guinea Pig! Muh ha ha ha!

But anywho, as for adding pages, just choose to edit a page with a link to another page. It'll show how you do it. It is... incredibly simple actually.

Yeah. You just make a link on an existing page, hit the link, and you can edit the page right away. Links that go to pages that don't exist have a dotted line under them.
