Beff Pike
except that mine is an undead force ghost who thrives on the living force like some sort of fucking vampire.
That's actually a great idea...

Leave it to the Anzati to come up with a vampire reference, eh Drayson?

All the good ideas are canon.

For obvious reasons, I'm sure.

That sounds familiar... I remember the reference to the Anzati in the good old Star Wars Encyclopedia (yes, the paper one that predates the internet!). :D

I always thought Anzati were more like zombies than vampires, with the whole 'brain soup' thing :D

Depends on the time frame. Retconning has fucked with the Anzati and the planet Anzat in the most hard and brutal of ways. I was into the Anzati thing back before it got fuxed. Like Dannik.

According to early Lucas approved information (from Star Wars Gamer) the Anzati know of the force, but do not recognize it as any more correct then a dozen other belief structures that came before. They do not utilize the Force, persey, but they do enjoy making a meal of Force Users where possible. It's all about the Luck/Soup.

The quote I recall from that issue of SWG reads; "We remember the first Sith."

But then came the Republic series (published by Dark Horse) in which they totally fucked the mystique of the Anzati over and turned them into just another bloody dumb fucking alien species that sides with the wrong party during the Clone Wars.

I'm a freakin' Encylopedia on the fekkers. Serious.
