I think there's some kind of issue with setting up a new user accounts. I tried twice to create a new character for a story arc I am working on and was found them to be deleted from this system within the day.

This isn't a huge problem for me; I simply made use of my primary account for the post I was writing, but I'm worried it's the reason that we haven't any new members in a while.
