BulwarkBattlecruiser
The Bulwark Battlecruiser was first introduced 20 years before the battle of Yavin, during the height of the Clone Wars. Techno-Union Engineers blockaded on the planet of Foerost by Republic warships constructed mammoth new warships designed to break the blockade and destroy the Republic ships. The Bulwarks were massive ships for their time, their length equal to many of the ships in existance at the time, although their height and sheer mass dwarfed any ship on both sides of the conflict, barring the Trade Federation Droid control ships. This fleet of Bulwarks was defeated by a fleet of newly comissioned Victory class Star Destroyers lead by Generals Jan Dodonna and Screed. A few surviving Battlecruisers were used by the Rebel Alliance in the early days as command ships.
