Twizzler followed after the droid, it was a strange droid, a model he had never seen before and it seemed deadly. Keeping those things in mind he almost found the police call comical. Watching the huge cyborg step out into the open Twizzler let out a soft sigh. He didn’t exactly feel up to a fight at the moment, he would have preferred to get away unseen, with stealth being one of, if not his best skill that wouldn’t have been a problem, but that was obviously not the cyborg’s way. Either way the police had no chance of capture or detaining Twizzler. He would not allow it, and that was that.

Leaning against the wall Twizzler listened to the droid’s suggestion. He thought about it, the plan sounded reasonable, even effective, but too time consuming. Reaching into his suit he pulled out a knife, or rather a blade, he held it in his right hand and with his left he unclipped his lightsaber from his belt. Pushing with his shoulder’s he rose away from the wall, stepping around the corner he let the blade fly, aimed and guided by the force toward the man in charge of the police unit, more particularly the area right between his eyebrows, just above the nose. With his left he thumbed on his lightsaber with the familiar snap-hiss and out burst the magnificent white blade. Batting away the first few shots he let them fly off into the sky above, but with a twirl and a switch of the hands he began to deflect them back toward the police. His movements were flawless, well almost flawless, much better then you would think a drunk man could perform, but then again a force wielder did not rely on the same things as a normal person would.

Never letting his guard drop Twizzler spoke. “I don’t have the time to be detained tonight, you know places to go, people to do. So I would suggest you move along if you want to leave here with your lives.”

Jau had dived behind a waste unit and pulled a thermal detonator out of his belt. "unfortuneately, you are to recieve a manouvere known as "complete destruction" Jau shouted out before throwing the thermal detonator towards them and running out of the alley.

Cendar's shield generator snapped on as the police force started firing, projecting a blue wall of energy in front of the cyborg. His right arm snapped up, and the rapid-fire blaster began firing. Quickly.

Most people had no idea how a blaster such as Cendar's worked. They had not been used en masse for decades - since the Clone Wars, actually. Only the oldest of soldiers even recognized the weapon. It's age, however, did not dilute its effectiveness. Red bolts of energy lanced out, striking police droid and policeman alike.

The policemen, including their coward of a leader, dove for cover. The droids did not. Droids, especially battle droids, did not have a reputation for incredible intelligence or a preservation instinct. The stupid machines simply stood where they were and continued to fire, simply waiting to be cut down either by a deflected bolt or Cendar's weapon.

With the droids taken care of, Cendar turned his attention to the policemen-in-hiding. His artificial eye blinked once, switching from normal vision to infrared in, literally, the blink of an eye. He scanned the alley, noting the position of each opponent. The one that caught his attention, though, was their leader. He appeared to be hunkered down, but his arm was detaching something from his belt. Cendar's forty years of experience had taught him enough to know what was coming. Grenade, he thought.

Moving quickly, he sprinted towards the garbage pile. He saw the cop begin to rise, saw the arm move forward in a throwing motion, and reached his own hand up to block. By a strange turn of fate, the detonator smacked into his palm, which closed around the weapon. Cendar glanced at it and laughed as the cop ran up the alleyway. Stupid cop, he thought. In his haste, Jau had forgotten to thumb the weapon on.

Letting the cop go, Cendar turned back to the other two. "If I might make a suggestion, I would say we get out of this area. Imperial Intelligence will be showing up soon, and we don't want to get involved with them. That would be messy."

As he spoke, Cendar began to quickly scan the dead cops, taking spare power packs, credits, grenades...anything he could find and carry. One of the droids had been carrying a repeating blaster, which he slung over one shoulder.

"So," he continued, "I have a speeder around the side of the cantina. What'd'ya say we get ourselves the heck out of here?"

"Agreement: This unit believes the speeder would make an appropriate escape vessel."

K1-52 had already discretely scanned the police bots, paying particular attention to their communications and weapons systems. After logging all this he stepped out from the stairwell and moved towards the cyborg.

"Advisement: It would be wise to move quickly in the event of reinforcements."

Xara had only arrived on Coruscant a few hours ago. She hadn't been back to Coruscant for a great many years.

It was almost as if she was in a dream. The lights, the crowds of people from all sorts of races. Xara remembered as it all came back to her.

She had just begun to try to find something familiar when she noticed the incident happening at a nearby cantina. Xara just arrived and in now way wanted to get involved in anything to do with the authorities. She decided to take the back way down the allies to get around whatever was going on.

Xara had almost made her way around the back of the cantina when she collided with a droid which knocked her right down to the ground.

"What the hell is your problem!" she shouted as two more men rounded the corner.

Xara lept back to her feet and looked at the largest of the group who barely noticed her and what had happened and was more intent on gettting into his speeder. She then noticed the other man and locked eyes for a moment. She felt this stranger was one she should not stay this close to for long and noticed the lightsaber he had. Xara had her own lightsaber on her belt and was really hoping that it wouldn't be noticed.

Staring at him didn't help as he started to approach her with a very disturbing look. He almost said something when his companions were demanding he jump in the speeder. Just at that moment the authorities were rushing down the alley and she watched him jump in the speeder. Xara noticed that the droid too had some facination with her while she watched the speeder rush away to avoid getting caught.

Who were these three and why did she feel she should avoid ever seeing them again?

Xara disappeared into the crowd.

Ishara was in her speeder heading to a meeting with a possible client. There was nothing special about the trip until she had noticed something happening down below. She noticed two men and a droid rapidly getting into a speeder and one man who briefly stared at a woman below.

"A Lexian?" Ishara thought. It's rare if ever that you see one. Lexians are more myth now and there are so many different stories about them that it's hard to figure out fact from fiction.

Suddenly her speeder was slammed into by the three who were escaping the police.

"Watch it!!!!!!!!!" Ishara yelled.

As she regained control of her speeder a thought came to her. Maybe if she persues them from a safe distance, she might see if they could hold a possible payday for her in the future. Knowing where they are staying could provide leverage in getting a bounty should one be put out for them.

Ishara followed taking caution not to alarm her targets who were already more concerned about the police behind them.

Twizzler followed the droid and cyborg through the alley. He was beginning to second guess coming after the droid. It was becoming too much work. He was thinking it would have been much better if he had just stayed in the bar with his liquor. But he had already started helping out and felt obliged to at least point the droid in the right direction. Rounding a corner he saw a female jumping back up to her feet. Finally, the day was getting good. Stepping forward with a look of glee in his eye he was about to start some conversation when he was pulled into the speeder. Looking back out the window he watched the women disappear into the crowd. Too bad. Tarvaris thought, disappointed to see such a lovely lady disappear without even being able to hit on her a little.

Getting comfortable he was rocked forward from the crash. “Come on man, we can’t be getting into accidents if were trying to escape.” Twizzler said as they fled the scene of the accident. Sitting back into the seat he waited until they were farther along the road. Then he leaned toward the droid and asked, “So what exactly is your interest with the Sith?” For a drunk man he still had pretty good pronunciation, which was weird, but for some reason alcohol just didn’t affect him that way.

Cendar had dragged the bounty hunter into the speeder as soon as he saw the man moving after the strange woman. Does this kriffing jerk have any common sense? he asked himself as he climbed into the driver's seat and rocketed away from the bar. They had just gotten far enough away for Cendar to be comfortable when another speeder nearly hit them. "Stang!" he yelled. Twizzler's comment did little for his mood. "Shut up, you little kriff," he said as he righted the vehicle.

As they continued on their course, Cendar couldn't help but notice that the rammed speeder had turned to follow them. But he ignored it for the moment. More important were the two CPF speeders that had dropped in to investigate the crash.

Cendar pushed his little speeder to its limits, throttling up as high as he could. He jinked in between buildings, under sky bridges, around spires - everything he could do to lose the pesky police. Eventually he did; those police vehicles with their armor were never as fast as even a rental. With the police forsaking the chase, Cendar set the craft on a course towards his temporary home. The bounty hunter's craft still followed them, but he knew that it would be easy to take it out if necessary.
