Theed, Naboo - The Jedi Academy

When had she been here last? Bella could not recall so easily. Such a distant memory.

She knew the land just as extensively as she knew her own heart. The Jedi Academy was home, had always been home.

Home.. only from a distance.

That was the way it had to be.. until today.

Walking in blue tunic, among a field of brown, Bella Laurent entered the first floor of the Jedi Academy, with every intention of making it to the fifth floor.

With the oversized blue hood of her garments raised over her head, Bella, former Jedi, entered the large audience chamber that was filled with an overwhelming abundance of Jedi.

Yet unnoticed, the brown eyed beauty took a seat, taking an attentive ear toward the speaker in front.

She made no attempt to hide her force presence, nor change her unrecognizable clothing attire. Being the odd one out, one that just did not seem to quite belong, did not leave the woman phased in the slightest.

Bella's companion sat next to her, wearing not blue, nor brown, but black. Leaning into him and looking forward over his shoulder, she whispered to him as her almond shaped eyes continued to look directly at the female speaker in front of the podium.

"Leia has always been such a fine public speaker, wouldn't you agree?"

He sat on Bella's left side, his own tunic of black shade, weathered from the elements, seemed like a ripple within the sea of brown.

His hood stayed up, as Bella leaned in to speak to him, the speakers voice seemed to softly echo with the ambiance of the room as he listened closely to Bella.

"Yes she is…quite good."

Dannen himself a former Jedi listened on, as the experience brought back fond memories.

The hood of the tunic bobbed up snd down slightly as Bella nodded. The communication the two shared suddenly only seemed to exist for the two companions alone.

You know why we are here.. I promised myself that I would do my duty and not allow my feeelings and the people here that I am still very much fond of, distract me. I understand now that it will not be so simple. I must take great care now, more than I have with our previous plans. Once I proceed with the encounter, the order will be at stake. I must protect them. I will do what I have to do. The silence must remain or a war unlike any other we have yet to see before will befall us all... a war that no one will win. I must maintain the peace, not just for the order, but for the entire galaxy. I will need your help, Dannen. No one must know of this.

You have my help Bella, you know that.

He knew the consequences of failure if they did not succeed, but Bella would always have Dannen's support no matter the cause.

The room was suddenly filled with applause, as his hand found Bella's embracing it gently.

Lightly, Bella squeezed her companion's hand, rising to her feet with the rest of the crowd.

With Dannen's hand comfortably within her's, Bella gave one long lasting look toward Leia's general direction before heading for the chamber's exit.

We don't have much time. I've been about the grounds of the academy, just recntly, so I don't think anyone is likely to stop and ask me if I need any assistance. There is a shortcut to the second, third and forth floors.. just this way..

With a nod of signal toward the direction of Bella's right, the two force wielders casually made their way to their next destination.

She needed to find the boy, but first, there was a matter that needed her attention near the fifth floor..
