Forgive me but..

I didnt know where else to post this since things changed since I left. Basically, I'm doing a favor for some friends by advertising their board. They desperately need members, so please at least go there to check it out if you're a Harry Potter fan. Even if you remotely like it just a bit. I'd hate to see the board go down the drain simply because it doesnt have enough members. So please please please go see it and maybe join.

Thanks. And if this is in the wrong place, sorry. Just move it where ever it belongs if need be.

Take my advice, and don’t advertise a non-ezboard forum anywhere on the ezBoard network. We usually submit a complaint (which results in a global ban) for off-ezBoard advertisements, and I’m positive there are communities out there that dislike spam even more than us.

Nuking the option to view the board as a guest isn’t a good idea either, I never sign up for anything that I’m not desperately interested in without lurking first.

I'm calm.

Note I said ... usually.

Geesh, I didn't know. I've been gone for a while so I didn't know the rules here changed THAT much. I did it with no evil intentions, so don't jump on me about it. You're lucky I dont leave this instant for such an insult, although I'm strongly reconsidering whether I want to actually start roleplaying here or not.

*puts Kas and Marilyn in two different corners*

Kas, she hasn't been here in awhile and didn't know....hell I didn't even know :) so lighten up both of you, and just have fun.

*blink*

Wow, Touchy. I meant no insult, I was merely informing you of the official ezBoard policy regarding advertising an off-ezBoard service. Since you’ve been gone, and you’ve been here for before, I figured you might want to know. The account you’re using here is pretty established, it would be a shame to loose it to a global ban over some spam.

Also, just a friendly FYI, if you think what I put in above is an insult, TRF may be too much for you to handle… :)

It sounded like a threat to me.

Nah, a thread would have been marked as such. You might even have gotten a funny custom title out of it. ;)

Uh huh.

1. What Kas spoke on was an official Ezboards Corporate Guideline, not TRF or Kas specfic. Simple, eh?

2. Most of us don't like Spam, that's a general attitude of TRF. Take it or leave it.

3. If you feel 'threatened' by this, then I'd say TRF is not[/i the place for you. Thick Skins required.

4. Harry Potter sucks.

Mwah!
