Notice of Banment & Group Deletion

It is with regret that I must post this notice.



For the act of obtaining privileged information via illegitimate OOC means, and then passing said information on to Ralen MeVere, Amaer Kre'Fey will receive the following.

- All Bothan assets will be scrapped. The group will cease to exist as an OOC group on TRF.
- All his screen names will be permanently banned.
- Amaer will not be allowed to own or start a group on TRF for an undetermined amount of time.

Because Amaer has been an exemplary role-player, and has not been in any way involved in any trouble before this unfortunate incident, he will be allowed to continue to role-play here. He is required to tell any group he may join who he is, for a length of time undetermined at this moment.



For the following acts, Ralen MeVere has been permanently banned.

- For receiving information which was obviously from a privileged conversation, and doing nothing to alert the owners of the information or the staff.
- For distributing this information to the In Character enemies of the owners, and attempting to deceive them into believing that it was legitimately gained.
- For lying, and saying the Staff had approved the obtaining of this information and that it was perfectly fine for use.
- For beginning a role-play based off of this information, a role-play designed to give him and his allies an edge in an event which had not occurred yet.

Most of you also knew Ralen under a different alias, that of Kilamblackh, and more notably, Chadd Fearsons. Chadd was quietly unbanned several months ago in the hope that he had changed, and the community would gain a valuable asset. We were wrong, and for that we apologize to the community.



For those of you who were shown the information, yet did nothing, consider this a warning. Infiltration is not tolerated on any level. We will not punish someone for not acting immediately, but had this incident come to our attention at a later date and nothing had been done, you surly would have been dealt with. The information posted was very clearly a privileged discussion, not legitimate in any way as Ralen claimed.


If anyone has more information about this incident please PM it to Theren or myself.

Any groups which Chadd was a member of are asked to move important information of his to a forum which he does not have access to.

In the past he has deleted in character threads out of spite and in order to claim a sense of revenge upon those who trusted him.

I recently traded two Sys for a CY from the bothans on the 19. After the 19 the CY became my property and the Sys likely became Bothan property. I would like comfirmation whether or not the trade would stand becuase it went through before this incident.

What does this mean for the Diversity Alliance, and Cortex Sinar, who is currently involved in two threads against me, and TNO?

Yeah, wasnt DA run by Trachs other character and had seperate holdings and manifests? A subgroup as it were?

I'm surprised actually, I didn't think Amaer was the type to do something like this.

I hope, and I'm sure that this was just a one off silly mistake, as, in his defence , he's always been civil and straight in our dealings with him, even when we were fighting against him.

..but then , I have no idea what this is all about.

(I take it Kas, he is indeed also our current Admiral?...yes?)

I would like to know about what's to become of DA as well...since I am currently involved in a thread with Cortex regarding the take over of a couple of planets.

So I would like clarification on if DA is 'banned' as well, so that I would know what to do with the story line I got started with Cortex.

DA was run by Cortex which was one of Amaer's aliases. As a subgroup to the Bothans it too is gone as an OOC entity.


Kraken, you can complete the threads you are involved with Cortex in in a realistic manner, or if there was another member from the Bothan group, get them to complete it with you.

Slaskia, you may feel free to restart the DA as a group, just fulfil the requirements. As well, you could continue the role-play(s) without DA being a group, you just won't receive any planets.

Wouldn't DA and CCB still exist as an IC group, but it can't damage you? So if someone were to RP out doing an alliance with CCB and DA and getting them to join them, they could get the planets(if they had the needed words). I don't think all the history he has written should be eradicated, just the fact that his groups exists OOCly. Like when Chadd was banned last time, there was still the Jutraalian Remnant.
