Seti Ashar, leader of LFX Industrial, and - thanks to recent intelligence reports confirming such - Emperor of the Holy Domesthesian Empire, I address you today as a fellow leader, someone who is interested in the well being of his people, and the well being of your own.

I am someone who is interested in the well being of my soldiers, who have families back home, and for yours, who do as well. Our men are the same, our ideals differ, our plans for our people differ. We are two seperate people, we are two seperate governments, we are two seperate cultures.

My people are not your people.

Your people are not my people.

This leads to contraversy amongst the people, where we cannot accept that there can be anything different than our own, despite how greatly we want our nobility to be the foundation of nobility across the galaxy. Our ego will not let us adhere to the true necessity of the galaxy, and that is harmony and co-existence.

We, the Jutraalian Empire, have tried continuously to negotiate a way out of war with LFX Industrial and this Holy Domesthesian Empire of whom you shelter so adequately. We have tried to find resolutions that do not require bloodshed. We have tried, and we have - most regrettably - failed.

Whether this is because I have a tonge of coal or you have ears of wax, I am not sure and I shall not cast blame. Rather I plead, nay, implore you adhere to this final warning issued by the Jutraalian Empire.

Disarm your weapons, institute full bacta treatment to all men who have been wounded in the skirmishes between yourself and LFX Industrial, and please cast out your "Domesthesian" ways. I do not ask for this Empire to be eradicated for personal benefit, b ut because they are like a narcotic.

They plague the mind and do things that ought not be done. They conduct murder and sabotage, they assassinate and force labor.

While it is indeed your culture and I, coming from a culture where freedom is openly expressed, may not understand the seeds of the plantation of your way of life, I am finding it increasingly difficult to find reasons why I should stand idley by and allow the bullying of fellow citizens of the galaxy.

You are your own people. But remain such, do not impose your will upon others.

This is the path of evil, of the Dark Side, of the Empire upon which you so commonly refer me to.

Is it not to Grand Moff Tarkin to which you accused me? Is it not to a despotic regime to which you accused me? Why then do I come before you? Begging you as one man to another to cease your hostilities that I might not have to retaliate.

I do not want bloodshed. I want peace, I want our people to live happily, to commune and trade.

Seti Ashar the Jutraalian Empire will stand by this warning.

Disarm and cast out any who call themselves members of your empire, or the Jutraalian Empire will be forced to declare war on the Domesthesian Empire, and declare LFX Industrial - being as it is not a functional government but a corporation - a terrorist industry in the operation of murder and bloodshed.

It is well known that according to galactic law only governments and government approved facilities may own and maintain military grade weapons. Flaunting behind a "Union of Free Worlds" is not an approved government, but rather a name to try to hide yourself.

The Union of Free Worlds has taken no actions in the past...it has always been LFX Industrial who has led the way to battle, to war, to conquest.

Disarm and cast out the high command of the Domesthesian Empire, or even come to meet me on Jutraal as I return for diplomatic negotiations. Either of these are acceptable.

But I implore you not to force me into war, this galaxy has seen enough bloodshed.

The Emperor of the Jutraalian Empire makes an interesting point. This galaxy has seen enough bloodshed. But as I recall, much of that bloodshed was caused by that same Emperor.

Indeed, the battles that surrounded the death of Jileak Station, the new Jutraalian Death Star, were caused by Fearsons. The war that crushed the Galactic Defence Initiative was spearheaded by Fearsons and the now-Regent Daemon Hyfe.

But while the Regent saw the peaceful end to that conflict, and indeed invited the Supreme Commander, the Dxun Isstal who had led the GDI, into the ranks of the New Order as a commander of military forces, the Jutraalian Emperor pushed for a total and compele anhiliation of the Defence Initiative.

The Emperor then proceeded to set about "disarming" the galaxy to "keep the peace" - his version of making sure no one had enough power to stop the Emperor when he began his latest bid for power.

The Emperor would like to claim that he has attempted to negotiate an end to the "war" between the Empire and any others. This is, naturally, a lie. And a poor one, at that. The Holy Demosthesian Empire has not found conflict with LFX Industrial, and surely any such conflict would be common knowledge for both the Empire and the Corporation.

The Emperor would also like to be "forced" to declare war on the Holy Demosthesian Empire. And, not so unexpectadly, call LFX Industrial a terrorist organization as they do so.

I am not the only one that has noticed that any government who refuses to support Fearsons' regime is immediatly labelled a "terrorist". The GDI went from being a "comrade in arms" to a "terrorist" organization, Dxun Isstal from a "friend" to a "terrorist" when he and his government withdrew their support from the Death Star project.

The same is true of any other who does not support the Jutraalian stance - they are terrorists. This accusation grows rather thin when half the galaxy are terrorists in the Emperor's eyes.

And only his eyes.

The Holy Demosthesian Empire will not surrender to this Jutraalian Tyrant. We will not bow down to the wishes of a man who thinks nothing of millions of deaths. And I am quite sure that LFX Industrial will not bow down, only to be raped by your forces as the next campaign of domination begins in earnest.

The Corporation has suffered attacks at the hands of the Farquak Empire already, their justification for mantaining a defensive fleet is clear, and even in the clouded eyes of Emperor Fearsons should be obvious.

The clouded eye that calls LFX Industrial, who supply them with Bacta and Tibanna Gas, who serve to deliver these essentials to all who wish to access them, terrorists, and thinks to give them orders.

I ask you, what authority does the Jutraalian Empire have to order LFX Industrial to disarm themselves of their only means of defence? The member stats of the Union of Free Worlds have signed a contract with that Union, and that contract includes defence.

I'll be sure to tell Seti Ashar that he should leave those worlds open to assault at the hands of your men.

Perhaps if this "Holy Domesthesian Empire" would open its eyes, and listen to what I have said.

Who else do I accuse of being terrorists?

None, simply those who adhere arms and threaten to use them in a terrorist manner. LFX Industrial has taken to this threat.

The Domesthesian Empire is considered an animosity, not terrorists, I do not even consider them tyrannical despots. I consider them fellow members in a galactic society.

I do not jab fingers, I do not make allegations. We are of different cultures, different cultures which have different standards. These standards are not to be imposed on other cultures.

Would you force war on someone who begs peace?

To LFX Industrial and the Holy Domesthesian Empire, I would like to mention something. Yes we entered your system with the goal of conquest, and to bring bacta to our dieing citizens on Bakura. But then, we had changed our minds, after a broadcast by Glen Turnak, and we had started to retreat, and try to by the bacta from you, when your fleet started to open fire on our vessels, which were leaving your space, as ordered by your defence fleet. We never opened fire on you, not even after being fired on. You and your DEFENCE fleet fired on retreating ships, who had not fired on you. You and your DEFENCE fleet did not just defend, you started to fight a retreating fleet. That is not defence, that is a fleet whose goals are to kill, causing bloodshed, and also delaying us from buying bacta from you, causing more bloodshed on Bakura. Our actions may ahve been wrong, but your were worst. I do not recall having heard of the Jutraalian Empire ever firing first on a fleet that was retreating, and I have a former Mon Calamari Republic Army Colonel under my command. That brings me to another point. The Jutraalian Empire may have cause some deaths in the past, many of them against the Mon Calamari Republic, yet they have reformed themselves, and a once bitter hatred between the two governments has turned into an alliance, due to that reform. So to the Holy Domesthesian Empire, you claim that the Jutraalian Empire hasn't approached you, then approach them and have a peace treaty signed. To LFX Industrial, I am sure that you have a large enough defence fleet as it is, and if you need more, then I am positive that the Coalition of Lightside Factions, or perhaps TNO, one of them would be willing to defend you against pirates or others.
